Sammy and Whiskey are both about a year and a half old. Sammy is the black and white female and Whiskey is the orange tabby male. They were both left behind in an apartment complex. They are both very sweet and loving and love to play! When I let them out of their cage to stretch they love to run around! They jump after toy mice, pounce on each other and love to "get loving" from me. These are two special sweethearts.

Pooh Bear

I hate seeing the older cats having to find new homes. As you can imagine it's the kittens who get adopted pretty quickly, so when I see a new cat come in who is older I pray their time with us will be short. This is Pooh Bear. She is about eleven-years-old. Her owner could no longer keep her for some reason. She's a little scared. Please don't be intimidated by her age. Cats who are taken care of can sometimes live up into their early twenties! She deserves to find a safe, quiet and loving home to call her own.

Cyber

Cyber an eight-year-old female who is looking for a new home because she didn't get along with her other kitty roommates. She needs to be the only cat in the household. She's a little nervous about her new surroundings in the store (you can tell from the two pictures I took of her). She took comfort though in being petted. She's a loving girl to people and just needs a chance.

Toby and Tabitha

These two kitties were found outside of Esperanza High School. My nephew graduated from there so I have a special fondness for these two. I sometimes refer to them as the "Esperanza Kitties." Tabitha (female) is the one who has more white on her body, or if you're looking at the picture of the two of them together Toby is the one on top. Toby (male) is the more outgoing of the two. He likes to run around and chase toys if you toss them for him. Tabitha loves to play too but is still really shy. They love playing together (and wrestling together). That's why we'd really like to find them a home together. They'll need someone who will be patient with them and will let them (especially Tabitha) come out of their shell at their own pace. These sweeties are worth it though!

Tom Tom

Tom Tom is a black and white male who is about two-years-old. He was rescued as a stray, but I think someone must have loved him at some point. He's a big sweetie! He loves to be pet, he likes to climb up into your lap and he loves to play with his toy mice. He enjoys playing but he's also a pretty mellow guy. He's looking for someone he can give all of his love to.

Mystic

This beautiful torti colored kitty's name is Mystic. She's about 14 1/2 years old. She had been living in the same home since she was a kitten. Sadly she had to be given up because the owner's third child was allergic. She doesn't like being in the store as you can imagine and is very scared there. Once she feels safe and secure she is very loving, loves to be held and get attention. She needs a loving and quiet home where she can live out her twilight years.

Jasmina is a 1 1/2 year old gray tabby who is a bit shy but very sweet. She was rescued from living a hard life on the streets while she was pregnant. She gave birth to her kittens several months back and is now seeing them get adopted. Now it's her turn. She would like to be the only cat in the household. She needs someone who will be patient with her because she is a little scared and just needs someone to love and trust. She is a real sweetheart!

Buddy

This big guy's name is Buddy. He is about six years old. He was found roaming around in an apartment complex. It looks like he might have been in a scuffle at least once. He has a bit of a nick out one of his ears but he doesn't seem to mind. In fact, not much seems to faze him. He's a very mellow and cool cat. He loves to be pet but he won't beg too much for your attention. He's too cool for that. He likes to play with a toy mouse, but only in a manly cool way. Once, there was another cat in the store who didn't like that he was allowed out of his cage first and was roaming around outside of her cage. She let him know by hissing and growling at him. It didn't bother him, or if it did he didn't show it. This one coooool cat.

This beautiful little girl is Princess. She is about four-years-old and is a big sweetie! She loves to roam around on your lap as you lavish attention onto her. She is a Princess after all. She feels she needs to live up to her name. She feels she's entitled to the attention. Alright, well I suppose I've just described all cats. She really is an adorable little girl with a lot of love to give.

Tyler is an adorable 4 month old black and white little boy. He might look a little sad in the top picture right now, because his brother (Marlow) has just been adopted, and Tyler is still waiting for someone to take him home. He loved to play with his brother. He will soon be joined by his sister Debbie who has just been fixed. She's the little cutie on the right. The mostly black with white chest doing a little pose for the camera. Tyler is a little shy and would be best in a home with no small children or dogs. He loves attention and being pet.

UPDATE!
The story above is from about three years ago. They were both adopted out together to a home but now unfortunately they are back with us again looking for a new home. Their owners had to move and couldn't keep them. They also have new names and now go by Holly and Butler. I need to get some new pictures of them because since two years have gone by they are obviously a little bigger now. They are still as cute as ever!

HOLLY HAS BEEN ADOPTED BUT BUTLER STILL NEEDS A HOME! PLEASE GIVE HIM THE LOVING AND SAFE HOME HE DESERVES!

This pretty girl is Chanel. She is a two-year-old calico who was first rescued as a kitten. She is now looking for a new home because the owner unfortunately couldn't pay the pet deposit for her. The poor thing is very nervous and frightened whenever she is in the store. She needs someone who will be patient and loving with her. She needs a quiet home and she's not a lap cat. She loves on her own terms.

Andy and Houkle

If it's not already obvious, let me explain for the sad looking pictures of these two kitties. They are scared! They don't understand what's going on and what is the reason for the big change in their lives. Why they suddenly find themselves in a Petsmart store. Andy is the gray and white boy in the square bed. He's ten years old. Houkle is the brown and white tabby hiding in the litter box. She's eleven years old. Their owners moved and couldn't take them with them for some reason. Now we are looking for a good, loving, patient and lifelong home for them. Please consider taking them home and making them feel secure again. They're worth it!

Sassy is a loving and petite all black female kitty. She is five years old. She had been through so much and is so stressed from it all that the poor thing is loosing some of her fur. She lost her first home due to a divorce. She has now lost her second home because the owners couldn't afford to keep her. She is now with us looking for a new home. She desperately needs a safe, secure and lifetime home to call her own. She is such a sweetie who has an enormous amount of love to give.

Hurley and Roxy

I feel so bad for Hurley and Roxy. They were adopted out when they were kittens and now, 4 1/2 years later, are looking for a new home. There was a new baby in the household who was unfortunately allergic to them. Hurley (male) is the more outgoing of the two. He's very curious about his surroundings and loves to explore them. He's a love. His sister Roxy is the shy one. She will sometimes venture out of her cage to explore, but is quick to return to the safety of her covered bed. Now that she has had some time to settle in, she enjoys being pet too. This brother and sister duo need and very much want to stay together!

Ollie is a big, lovable 8 year old black and white declawed male kitty. He is already micro chipped. Ollie is a very easygoing cat and would be fine with other cats (especially kittens! He loves to watch them play!). He loves catnip and toy mice. He is one of the biggest lovable furballs you will ever meet.
